Every GPM pressure washer, surface cleaner, and CRX engine is backed by commercial-grade warranty coverage — because a machine that runs every day needs a warranty built for every day.
GPM warrants its pressure washers, surface cleaners, and CRX engines against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use for the coverage period noted on each product page. Warranty service is performed through your local authorized GPM dealer, who will verify proof of purchase and diagnose the issue before initiating a claim.
This coverage does not include wear items (seals, o-rings, nozzles, belts), damage from improper chemical use, freeze damage, or use outside GPM's published operating specifications. Engines carry their own manufacturer warranty terms as noted on the CRX product pages.
